Living Lab for Blue – shaping the future of Blue Economy
Living Lab for Blue is an open, publicly available information platform which aims to organize the flow of information and transfer knowledge.
The initiative is intended for entities developing projects in line with the BLUE Economy.
Living Lab for Blue is established within the Bluedots project and will serve as a platform for the exchange of information and collaboration between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), researchers, public organizations, and local communities. Its main goal is to create a space where different stakeholders can share knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the area of the Blue Economy.
Through the Living Lab, SMEs will have access to resources and expertise that will allow them to introduce innovations, develop new technologies, and make changes to their business models. The platform will also facilitate collaboration in testing new digital solutions and promoting sustainable development, energy efficiency, and zero-emission maritime transport.
As a platform for information exchange, the Living Lab for Blue will support skills development, and participants will be able to learn from each other’s experiences, which will contribute to better integration of innovations in the region. It will be a dynamic network where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key elements in building a sustainable and resilient economy.
Living Lab for Blue operates within the Baltic Sea and Space Cluster, which is a partner of the international Bluedots project.
